Tara is a licensed clinical social worker with deep experience in integrative, trauma-informed care. Her approach blends traditional psychotherapy with intuitive counseling, incorporating modalities such as Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and LENS Neurofeedback when clinically appropriate. Tara creates a supportive, inclusive space for healing, often weaving in spiritual or transpersonal perspectives to honor each client’s unique path. She specializes in helping individuals access deeper insight, resolve trauma, and reconnect with their inner resilience.
Audra Van Tassell, LPC
Audra is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Art Therapist, and Certified LENS Neurofeedback Provider. She specializes in trauma recovery, emotional regulation, and supporting individuals who are working to heal from their own childhood experiences in order to parent with intention and in alignment with their values. Audra also works with clients during times of major personal growth and life transitions, offering grounded support that can include spiritual exploration when aligned with the client’s beliefs. Her holistic, client-centered approach blends Art Therapy, LENS Neurofeedback, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help clients access deeper healing, clarity, and resilience. Audra creates a compassionate, expressive space where meaningful transformation can unfold.
Anna Ogden, LMSW
Anna Ogden is a Licensed Master Social Worker who brings a grounded, heart-centered approach to healing. She specializes in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), EMDR, and Intuitive Counseling, supporting clients in reconnecting with their inner wisdom and capacity for transformation. Anna weaves evidence-based therapies with intuitive and holistic practices, creating a safe and compassionate space for deep emotional release, insight, and integration. Her work invites clients to move beyond old patterns, embody self-compassion, and align with their authentic path of healing and growth.
Morgan Horbal, LCSW
Morgan Horbal, BS, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who takes a humanistic, client-centered, and deeply empathetic approach to therapy. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), strengths-based practices, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to support each person’s unique journey. Morgan specializes in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma-related symptoms, fostering space for growth, self-awareness, and emotional healing. Her goal is to collaborate with clients to cultivate a personal and transformative healing experience grounded in authenticity and compassion.
Autumn Chase, LPC, ATR
Autumn is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Art Therapist who takes a relational, trauma-focused approach, working collaboratively with clients to gently explore the ecologically sensitive landscape of their inner world. She specializes in trauma therapy, supporting individuals with complex trauma, attachment trauma, dissociation, relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, grief, and self worth issues. She believes that we are highly adaptive and that many of our difficulties start off as learned solutions that help us stay safe, survive, and navigate life. Autumn uses a blend of modalities that can help you slow down, re-connect to your body, and directly access the unconscious emotional patterns and deeply ingrained beliefs that impact your life. Her holistic approach blends Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Art Therapy, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Coherence Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and other powerful and experiential approaches to guide you to the root of your problems and find ways to access those answers; through exploring, processing, updating, developing new skills, and building on your strengths to create transformational change.
Acey Neel, LPC
Originally from South Carolina, Acey has lived in New England for many years and holds a Master’s Degree from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. Acey’s curious approach to humanity and the natural world is the foundation of her relational approach. She believes in the power of relationships to foster growth and healing, viewing herself as a partner in the therapeutic process. Her strengths-based approach emphasizes adaptive coping skills to help clients manage challenges. Acey has actively engaged in social justice conferences and trainings to enhance her self-awareness and better serve her clients. She has experience working with undocumented individuals and international clients. Throughout the past several years, Acey’s therapeutic focus has been on supporting clients and their families through sexual and gender identity formation. In addition to individual therapy, Acey is trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), which she feels is a powerful tool to foster healing, growth, and reclaiming authenticity.
